The large private swimming pool measures 12 x 6 metres and features wide Roman steps. The villa features 4 bedrooms: two spacious double bedrooms with air conditioning and two charming single bedrooms without air conditioning, equipped with portable fans.

There are two bathrooms inside the villa: one en-suite bathroom with a comfortable bathtub and one main bathroom with a large shower. A service bathroom with changing room and outdoor shower is also available in the pool area.

Pet-friendly stays

Casa de Arena is pet-friendly. Four-legged guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces, but for hygiene reasons they are not allowed in the swimming pool.

The villa and the areas reserved for guests remain for their exclusive use. His presence is discreet, non-invasive and ensures assistance in case of need.
